In the Faroe Islands they have an annual passage right ritual of slaughtering of dolphins. I am really trying to understand the killing of these gentle creatures in this way. I was horrified when I saw these pictures. Anyone who know me I'm not a tree hugger and don't normally get particularly upset in the killing of animals for food or fur. But this is different it's horrifying to see the sea turned red with blood. They drive the helpless dolphins into a cove with boats then they kill them.
