How to loose weight.
Go to gym. Seriously. I have learned that its the best way to go about it. Unless you prefer to start in sport like riding bicycle or jogging but just move more, anything. But personally I prefer a gym were I would be to embarrassed to give up so I push myself harder than I have ever done before
I have always battled with my weight. Up then down. I have only been truly in good shape twice in my life first was for my wedding secondly was during a waitressing job in the London were I worked literary my ass off. Then I became pregnant had a c-section just as I could start thinking about doing something about my weight I was pregnant once more and had another c-section. At this point ,4 years later, I really thought all hope was lost I was never going to look good again! Along came personal trainer I needed someone to tell me what to do and how much for how long. I am not there yet. But I am making progress. I feel a sense of achievement when I have done my whole list of things on the list the trainer gave me and survived.
Now I have to start eating healthy too
