Clock powered with dirt designed by Dutch designer Marieke Staps

This little clock runs purely on the soil in two plot plants.

Dutch designer Marieke Staps showcased her bio-clock at the Dutch Design Week in 2008 and more recently at Dwell on Design's Kitchen Ecology show 2009. The clock functions with copper and zinc electrodes plugged into soil.

Seas Oasis (Oasis of the Seas) - the most anticipated cruise ship this year, which will overtake the ship class of Freedom, considered the largest in the world. This ship can take on board 6,300 passengers, which is 2000 more than the largest vessel to date. In addition, Oasis of Seas will be the largest number of rooms with balconies, the largest swimming pool on board and the first sea park with trees. A unique name can be located here and the engines and propellers.

I have always thought about this. Where to go when war breaks out. Something like Uhuru / The night of the long knives or some reason the entire country would be in a state of war or panic.

The word "Karoo" comes from the Koisan, otherwise known as the Bushmen. The Bushmen is the tribes of people who have lived there almost since right after the great flood.
