Samuel L Jackson and Bernie Mac makes a good team for this comedy. Hard ass Samuel and funny man Bernie. It is the last movie Bernie made before he passed away last year so it kinda makes the movie bitter sweet. He was an extraordinary comedian who could make anyone laugh.
The plot is about when The Real Deal soul-singing sensation main man Marcus dies and there is a tribute concert held at the Apollo Theater. So Louis and Floyd his two backup crooners who has not spoken in 30 years need to reunite for the concert. So they have to travel across the country and all kind off stuff happens.
I added a video of one of the songs Samuel L Jackson and Bernie Mac actually sing - A walk in the park

Lekota said that they wont be intimidated in Bloemfontein next week. After last week when they held a meeting and it was disrupted by the ANC they are still standing and sticking by their story. Whether or not there will come more attacks from the ANC is not even a question, we all know when election time comes they march and sing for their promised houses, free popcorn and movies.
He also said the ANC has ran out of answer
Here is a piece from News24:
He also accused senior ANC leaders such as Jeff Radebe of trying to use "bullying" tactics against him instead of answering his questions.
"They have run out of answers, they try to intimidate me and threaten (with expulsion). Do not intimidate me, answer me," Lekota said.
Other national and provincial convention organisers such as Willy Madisha and Charlotte Lobe also criticised ANC Women's League president Angie Motshekga?s recent "dogs" statements.
Motshekga in referring to dissidents led by Terror Lekota and Mluleki George said: "Now that the dogs are leaving, there will be peace and we will be stronger. The dogs arrived in the ANC and they have left."
Madisha said those coming to the national convention should come with "respect".
