Mussels
I dont have a picture at the moment but I am sure you can find one my searching for mussels.
Mussels is a great source of :
Selenium, Vitamin b12 and Zinc as well as Folate.
Mussels can be cooked in its shell on a open fire and is some of the best survival food if you are close to a beach or stranded...
