Some of us has about 50 email addresses and 500 rss feeds we keep an eye on daily. But it might get a bit much. Thunderbird is a Mozilla application for Linux and Windows where you can merge your emails and rss’s together in on view. With Thunderbird you can speed up thing a lot and you can set Thunderbird to update automatically. Since I have been using thunderbird I think my productivity has gone up a lot. What used to take me 1/2 hour of my day takes me around 10 minutes now and as soon as something happens Thunderbird lets me know.
