So Toshiba created the ultimate in laptop batteries, claiming to have the new SCIB (Super Charge Ion Battery). According to Toshiba unveiled at the CEATEC 2008, it has the ability to charge up to 90% within 10 minutes. I am not so sure about the other 10% but I guess we’ll have to hear that one for ourselves.
