Jackie Selebi promised that Durban would be one of the safest cities in the country this weekend, but looks like crime has won once again in crime ridden South Africa. Just because he is not one of the Fifa delegates does not mean it’s ok,  he was a Austrian tourist and his murder has proved the police unsuccessful attempt to stop crime. Crime in this country is not on the decrease but on the increase and should be a great cause of concern for both citizens of South Africa and tourists hoping to come here. I dont care how unpatriotic this sounds but South Africa is more dangerous than Iraq and I wish I could find a place to live in other than South Africa where we can give our children normal lives.
