If you are going for a trip to London or working in the UK, remember to leave your stuff at home. Clothes are cheaper in London and England than it is in South Africa. So just leaves those cases of clothing at home.

Another thing that is cheaper over there is technology. So going out and buying cell phones or laptops here is also a waste of money. You can pick up a laptop for a fraction of the price when going to England.

If you cant carry it in one hand its to much. England has great transport, London as well but you really dont want to have lots of luggage. Its always a mission to get through all the people on those crowded trains and busses. Having a entire bus wait for you to load your baggage can sometimes become very embarrassing.

Your luggage can also make your travel unpleasant, many time you will find that you really dont feel like exploring that extra place because you are carrying to heavy on your luggage.

Wheels on bags is a bad idea. They dont last half as long as your normal suitcase or backpack. Yes you might carry a bit heavier but its worth it considering how quickly even the strongest of cases with wheels break.

Having a bag you can take with you on the airplane will also save you a lot of waiting time since you dont have to wait for your luggage because you have it with you. Airports are a nightmare sometimes and especially when you are traveling Europe.
