Warner Bros want to remake The Never Ending Story

As a little girl this was one of those few movies I could watch and actually enjoyed. Even though Never ending story was made 1980 before I was even born it was still a favorite among all my cousins and siblings growing up. And none of us could wait each time a new addition was released. I have always wanted a giant flying dog and even though the effects is not as good as it can be now, that is part of the charm of the movie it's suppose to be fantasy. I am not totally against the remake as long as they don't get Miley Cyrus or some other Disney brat to star in it or remake the song. It should be a fresh faced boy as in the original and the princess or whatever she was should also stay in the same light. And please don't make the dog computer generated it would just make it so sad not to have a bobble headed Falcor. Now I went and found a original trailer and the theme song. I love the theme song, not the music instrument but the way it is sung as if anyone can join in and sing without spoiling it :) I would know I have a really high pitch voice, not good.
