We definitely live in a disturbing world here in Africa. Where else would you see a ‘boy’ walking down the street armed with two automatic weapons and blue butterfly wings on his back as if he is playing a game?
They tell us not to be scared but when I see something like this all I can think that who in the world would be able to stop them if they decided to go on a rampage? No one really the only way would be to kill them or retrain they’re way of thinking and that is not an easy task. They hate us (white Africans) they blame us for the poverty and lack they live with. To some extent they have a right to be angry but can they move on? Now most of these ‘men’ are rebels, they where taken as small boys and trained to kill from there on. Looking at this the first reaction is to laugh but then that is what most people see it as, as a joke. I am definitely not laughing.
