If you know anything about the Olympics you’ll know that its the Gold medals that count. But strangely the USA does not think so. So far if you read most tables or graphs showing medals they all, or most of them puts the USA on the top for the number of medals won. But this is not how it works, they should instead show how many Gold medals each country has won and not the total medals, because ultimately its the country with the most Gold medals that leads the way in the Olympics.
