Level 6b water restrictions comes live in 1 day on 1st February 2018

According to the city of Cape Town:

The City of Cape Town has implemented Level 6B Water Restrictions, effective from
1 February 2018 until further notice.
RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL CUSTOMERS
 No watering/irrigation with municipal drinking water allowed. This includes watering/irrigation
of gardens, vegetables, agricultural crops, sports fields, golf courses, nurseries, parks and
other open spaces. Nurseries and customers involved in agricultural activities or with historical
gardens may apply for exemption. For more information, visit
www.capetown.gov.za/thinkwater.
 The use of borehole/wellpoint water for outdoor purposes, including garden use, topping up
of swimming pools and hosing down surfaces, is strongly discouraged in order to prevent the
depletion of aquifers in the current dire drought situation. Borehole/wellpoint water should
rather be used for toilet flushing.
 Should borehore/wellpoint water be used for garden irrigation, this must be limited to a
maximum of one hour only on Tuesdays and Saturdays before 09:00 or after 18:00.
 All City of Cape Town borehole and wellpoint users are expected to comply with all national
Department of Water and Sanitation regulations pertaining to borehole/wellpoint usage,
including the notice in Government Gazette No. 41381 (Vol. 631) of 12 January 2018.
Borehole/wellpoint water use must be metered and all users are required to keep records
and have these available for inspection.
 Permission from the national Department of Water and Sanitation is required in order to sell or
buy borehole/wellpoint water.
 All boreholes and wellpoints must be registered with the City and must display the official City
of Cape Town signage clearly visible from a public thoroughfare. Visit
www.capetown.gov.za/thinkwater for how to register.
 All properties where alternative, non-drinking water resources are used (including rainwater
harvesting, greywater, treated effluent water and spring water) must display signage to this
effect clearly visible from a public thoroughfare. Visit www.capetown.gov.za/thinkwater for
further information.
 No topping up (manual/automatic) filling or refilling of swimming pools with municipal
drinking water is allowed.
 All private swimming pools must be fitted with a cover.
 The use of portable or any temporary play pools is prohibited.
 No washing of vehicles (including taxis), trailers, caravans and boats with municipal drinking
water allowed. These must be washed with non-drinking water or cleaned with waterless
products or dry steam cleaning processes. This applies to all customers, including formal and
informal car washes.
 No washing or hosing down of hard-surfaced or paved areas with municipal drinking water
allowed. Users, such as abattoirs, food processing industries, care facilities, animal shelters
and other industries or facilities with special needs (health/safety related only) must apply for
exemption. For more information, visit www.capetown.gov.za/thinkwater.
 The use of municipal drinking water for ornamental water fountains or water features is
prohibited.
 Customers are strongly encouraged to install water efficient parts, fittings and technologies to
minimise water use at all taps, showerheads and other plumbing components.
LEVEL 6B WATER RESTRICTIONS
RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS
 All residents are required to use no more than 50 litres of municipal drinking water per person
per day in total irrespective of whether you are at home, work or elsewhere. Therefore, a
residential property with four occupants, for example, is expected to use at most 6 000 litres
per month.
 Single residential properties consuming more than 10 500 litres of municipal drinking water per
month will be prioritised for enforcement (see note 1). Properties where the number of
occupants necessitates higher consumption are encouraged to apply for an increase in
quota. For more information, visit www.capetown.gov.za/thinkwater.
 Cluster developments (flats and housing complexes) consuming more than 10 500 litres of
municipal drinking water per unit per month will be prioritised for enforcement (see note 1).
Cluster developments where the number of occupants necessitates higher consumption are
encouraged to apply for an increase in quota. For more information, visit
www.capetown.gov.za/thinkwater.
 You are encouraged to flush toilets (e.g. manually using a bucket) with greywater, rainwater
or other non-drinking water.
 No increase of the indigent water allocation over and above the free 350 litres a day will be
granted, unless through prior application and permission for specific events such as burial
ceremonies.
RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO NON-RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS
 All non-residential properties (e.g. commercial and industrial properties, schools, clubs and
institutions) must ensure that their monthly consumption of municipal drinking water is
reduced by 45% compared to the corresponding period in 2015 (pre-drought). (See note 1
below.)
 All agricultural users must ensure that their monthly consumption of municipal drinking water is
reduced by 60% compared to the corresponding period in 2015 (pre-drought). (See note 1
below.)
 The operation of spray parks is prohibited.
 No new landscaping or sports fields may be established, except if irrigated only with nondrinking
water.
 For users supplied with water in terms of special contracts (notarial deeds, water service
intermediaries or water service providers), the contract conditions shall apply.
NOTE 1: Failure to comply will constitute an offence in terms of the City’s Water By-law, 2010 (or
as amended). The accused will be liable to an admission of guilt fine and, in accordance with
section 36(4), an installation of a water management device(s) at premises where the noncompliance
occurs. The cost thereof will be billed to the relevant account holder. Customers
with good reason for higher consumption need to provide the City with motivation to justify their
higher consumption.
Other restrictive measures, not detailed above, as stipulated in Schedule 1 of the Water By-law,
2010 (or as amended) still apply. Exemptions issued under Levels 4B, 5 and 6 restrictions still
apply, subject to review with the possibility of being revoked. Water pressure has been reduced
to limit consumption and water leaks, and such may cause intermittent water supply.

Fights already break out at water collection points

A fight broke out in Cape Town at one of the water springs and one person was arrested.
Apparently the fight broke out because of congestion and the neighborhood was not in the best of moods because of it.

This is long before even the Dayzero arrives. If people are already fighting about the water then we are up for a wild ride. This drought in Cape Town might just test the fabric of what Cape Town is really made of.

Imagine thousands of people standing in the hot sun just for a bit of water, there will be push ins, people will try and cut the queue and other problems.

Then there is the issue of parking, the reason it seems this fight broke out.

During the elections the whole country seems to be able to vote without major problems but getting that sort of organization for the water sources on a daily basis will not be that easy.

Not voting wont kill you but the lack of water definitely will.

Some shops in Cape Town are already left empty of their water stocks after people are chasing to the shops in order to buy the water and prepare for disaster and most probably a shtf scenario.

Business vs People, who will Cape Town choose to supply water to

If the feared Day zero comes and the drought that currently is on a rampage in Cape Town continues then apparently the city will switch off the water supply to Cape Town except in the CBD and commercial and industrial zones.

If that is true, does this mean the city of Cape Town is choosing to give water to business but not the actual citizens? Is this even a thing?

People say that the business sector and industrial areas dont use as much water as residential areas. If this is true then i suppose cutting off water from households and still supplying the water to businesses could make sense but makes you think.

Ordinary citizens will have no water while businesses continue as always. Isn’t that putting the people second?

Day zero is coming and there will be no water

What happens when Cape Town runs out of water? Has this ever happened?

No one knows how Easter island got wiped out although there are many theories. I’m not sure if anyone has ever checked if they had clear nice drinking water.

According to news around the globe, Cape Town will be the first city in the world to run out of water.

Apart from being thirsty I suppose the biggest problem there will be is sanitation. The stink would be unimaginable. The stink in squater camps will be even worse, people living so close to each other and no where for the shit to go.

Then there are the lines of people standing in queues to get water, if the queues get long enough what then? Will there be fights and riots?

Also to note is, it really is easy to go to the shop and just buy a bottle of water. The price might increase and a lot of people would still be able to afford it but then there are those that cant. What will they do?

I’m sure the city of Cape Town puts squaters first, before the tax paying citizens. You know like most disfunctional cities in today’s world does.

Squaters and poor people might suffer the worst though because they cant buy water or cooldrink obviously due to the lack of money and if these people have to stand in the queue for water it would not be because they have to flush their toilets, it would be because mostly probably they are thirsty. Hopefully this type of scenario wont happen but imagine standing in a queue because you can litterally find water nowhere or cant afford a cooldrink.

Then depending on the time of day, when these water queues will be who knows how hot it might be outside.

Sounds like a big mess. 3 days till anarchy is the rule.

Patricia de Lille and the Cape Town drought tax

Sure you might say now we need to have a drought tax for whatever thing you can come with.

Patricia de Lille went directly for the truth of why the city of Cape Town thinks we need to pay more tax. She said

The drought charge is needed to make up the deficit in the City’s revenue which has come about due to residents’ water savings and paying significantly less for water and sanitation.

So, because you use less water the city of Cape Town gets less money and now they have to increase the price to pay their bills.

She continues

The reality is that because of reduced consumption, the City’s Water and Sanitation Department has projected that it will see a deficit in the region of R1,7 billion for 2017/18.

Well then…

This is the fairest way to recover the City’s revenue shortfall by distributing the charge in such a way that those who can afford it will pay an amount based on their properties’ valuation.

Basically. You people that have houses and pay taxes will have to suffer because the city of Cape Town wants to give the shacks and people that come to Cape Town, pay no tax and live here, these people will obviously not pay a cent.
The hard working home owner will just have to pay the extra tax so that the city of Cape Town can continue to be a wellfare system.

Crime in South Africa is racist

I thought about how to write the title of this blog post and I came to the best title namely Crime in South Africa is racist because this sums up best what I want to say.

If a black person in South Africa commits a crime against a white person then there is zero media outrage, its not even reported in the news anymore. Everyone would just say this is crime.

Well, fair enough. Lets say that all black on white “crime” stays as such. A crime.

Now, take for example a white person doing a “crime” against a black person. This will instantly be labeled racist. A white person can not do crime against a black person because it will always be called racist.

Every single time a white guy does something that one would consider a crime he is labeled a racist.

Take for instance the other day when a farm worker stole a tractor and eventually he was shot.

The media, the government and all of the social justice warrior twitter hopped on the bandwagon to call the person that shot the thief a racist.

Later on it was discovered that it was not the farmer that shot the tractor thief but someone from a security company. This after certain ministers of the South African government already named the event a racist crime.

If black on white crime is just crime and not racist, then why is every white person that commits a crime instantly a racist as well?

As people would like to point out constantly, its only crime in South Africa, everyone is affected. Sure, then stop calling white people commiting crimes racist. Except of course if there is clear evidence that in fact that they are indeed racist. Which in that case, bring out the pitchforks.

Cyril Ramaphosa wants to take land

Thus the story continues. White owned land will never be left alone in Africa. People can say what they want but the boer genocide continues in South Africa.

Now, when one thinks of genocide you might think of people getting murdered by the hundreds and full blown genocide like what happened in Rwanda but that is not always the case.

A genocide can mean the systematic removal of a race, people or group and their traditions, religions or culture.

In the case of South Africa farmers are however being murdered in crazy numbers, in some cases tortured and mutilated.

The part of genocide I want to talk about currently is property. Farmers in South Africa and their property is in danger especially if those farmers are white.

With Jacob Zuma being gone and the arrival of the new ANC president we have to wonder what exatly is going to happen next and what plans the ANC has for South Africa.

If you read the news today you will see that the new ANC president might not leave the rand at R12 a dollar.

No this president thinks that if you take land away from white South African farmers that it will turn South Africa into the garden of eden… Because you know, that worked out really well for Zimbabwe.

According to News24 he said that only a small portion of “the people” had their land returned to them.

Everyone in South Africa except the Khoi did not originate from here. Only the Khoi originally lived in South Africa before 1652. The people that are here now migrated from other parts of Africa and the world.

So, who exactly is “the people” and what land is he talking about? Of course he means the land must come from white farmers but to say that very few of “the people” got their land back is a punch into thin air.

Interesting to note that whenever members of the ANC and EFF make statements of “the people”, white people are never included. As to say white people are not part of “the people” in South Africa.

This paints the picture clear actually.

State of emergency in South Africa, Draft regulations drawn up

So here is an interesting story, the ANC government is drawing up draft regulations to declare a state of emergency in South Africa.

Also to remember is that South Africa recently stated it wants to be removed from the International Criminal court. So no more criminal court and then we have the president with the powers to declare a state of emergency.

This also gives the average corrupt policeman or average “law enforcement official” the right to act with their own judgement.

It gives law enforcement the ability to arrest people freely based on their judgement, to search property without search warrents.

You also know how the South African government hates negeative speech or news against it. Well if South Africa were to go in a state of emergency the government can cut the internet and even put of cellphones of areas or the entire country.

So who is in charge of this declaration of the state of emergency you may ask?

The president. Our current president Jacob Zuma has the power to declare a state of emergency. Now, he has not done that yet which is positive but the preperation it could spell bad news for South Africa. Does he want to use it to stay in power?

Only the president can call a state of emergency under current scenarios of invation of another country. He can also call it under a revolt where people turn against the government or if there is a natural disaster.

Zuma’s classic dictator response

If you read the news today you will see a little piece from the City Press where the following happened:

President Jacob Zuma has refused to step down after the ANC’s integrity commission asked him to do so, saying his resignation would allow Western governments to capture the party and betray the revolution.

So Zuma uses the good old dictator response, only he can save the ANC. Not that I care about the ANC but that is a classic dictator Mugabe type response.

ANCYL warns South Africa of land grabs, Zimbabwe style here we come

Face it, we all know Zimbabwe styled land grabs are coming to South Africa, its only a matter of time. According to many news sources the ANCYL deputy president Ronald Lamola said this past Friday that “It was only after a forceful mass action by the people of Zimbabwe that Zanu-PF ended up owning up to that role…. It looks like we are going to have that here,”. He was referring to land grabs.
“When the land grab process was starting in Zimbabwe, people ran away,”  “They are going to leave.” talking about white people.

“Who is celebrating ? The white people who own this country,” He was talking about Malema’s expulsion from the ANCYL and the ANC.

So we can clearly see that the ANCYL wants to first of all chase white people away from South Africa and secondly a land grab Zimbabwe style.

Welcome to the banana republic.

White Genocide in South Africa continues – Kill the boer, kill the farmer shouted outside school, Pretoria name to change

Pretoria, South Africa – The genocide against white Afrikaans speaking people in South Africa is continuing, they are also known as "boers". Over the past few days a number of people

Pretoria, South Africa – The genocide against white Afrikaans speaking people in South Africa is continuing, they are also known as “boers”. Over the past few days a number of people were brutally murdered, some even had nothing stolen as black armed gangs target white people in South Africa.

First of all the ANC wants to change the name of Pretoria to Tswane, Pretoria is one of the last renaming Afrikaans cities in the world. The name Pretoria they say must change to Tswane.

Then there is the case where people from the “young communist league” shouted “kill the boer, kill the farmer” (in their own language) outside Free State Voortrekker Afrikaans High School. This blatant racism continues in South Africa and some racism goes under the guise of “transformation”.

The biggest hate speech is coming directly from the ANC, namely Julius Malema the ANC youth league leader that almost daily rants out against the minority white people of South Africa.

Recently Julius Malema also recently said the following:

“They do not participate in anything that is of national importance, they do not observe national days, they do not support national initiatives,”

“… they do not care about the development of this country, they are forever obsessed with whether they are going to be attacked or robbed.”

He was referring to white people in South Africa.

So he thinks all white people care about is if they are going to be attacked or robbed, mostly elderly people are tortured to death with hot irons, people are strangled with their own telephone cords and there is a total onslaught against Afrikaans culture and the Afrikaans people of South Africa. They do in fact have a reason to “worry” as evidence shows.

Maybe Julius Malema should starting thinking why white people while being disarmed with new gun laws are afraid of being attacked. That is probably because they are under threat constantly as South Africa slides into the next Zimbabwe.

We ask again Is there a silent Genocide in South Africa?

It appears so

UPDATE: VIA CENSORBUGBEAR

Kill the Farmer, Kill the Boer,’ chanted the black protestors from the Young Communist League, who were gathered at the gates of the Bethlehem, Free State Voortrekker Afrikaans High School on January 28 2010, while ‘handing over a petition’ against the presence of the region’s only remaining Afrikaans-language high school. The chairman of the school’s management committee, Dr Henk Basson, said he was deeply concerned about the hate-speech and the calls for murdering all the whites at the school, and had thus sent the children home early becauses of these threats. “Our school is being turned into a political playing-ball for certain groups’ secret agendas, despite Pres Zuma’s recent plea for quality-education and despite his warnings against politically-motivated protests at schools,’ he said.

Update:

28 January 2010 the principal of Free State Voortrekker Afrikaans High School had to send his pupils home because protesters outside the school became increasingly threatening. Dr. Henk Basson the chairman fo the schools management committee said that he was deeply concerned about the hate speech and the calls for murder of all the whites at the school he decided that it would be best to send all the students home.

The Young Communist League gathered at the gate of the Free State Voortrekker Afrikaans High School to hand over a petition against the school for being the last Afrikaans high school left in that region. Dr. Henk Basson also said that despite the calls from Zuma to stop politically motivated protest at schools their school is still being turned into a political playing-ball:

Our school is being turned into a political playing-ball for certain groups’ secret agendas, despite Pres Zuma’s recent plea for quality-education and despite his warnings against politically-motivated protests at schools,

Protest are a common occurrence in South Africa but this is not a normal protest. This sounds more like ‘ethnic cleansing’. These young black people where chanting outside a school that everyone inside the school should be killed because they are Afrikaans speaking. Chanting things like ‘Kill the Boer Kill the Farmer’ this should not be taken lightly. This on the heals of Julius Malema’s speech that Afrikaners are racist and should be taught a lesson.

When four whites students made a video joking about black people the whole world heard about it. But then again it is not ‘politically correct’ to call black people racist no matter what their actions show.

Since the ANC took control more than 3071 farmers and people in rural communities have been murdered. They are mostly white rural farm owners or their families. Now that might not sound like a lot and I am sure there is way more than that number but the truth or the fact that must be pointed out is that there is a silent genocide in South Africa that the world does not want to acknowledge or even worse, that they dont know about.

The tide has turned for the worse and usually where we would see a few cases of murders, tortures and brutal killings of especially Afrikaans white people living in South Africa the numbers have now gone up drastically. Even leaders of not only political parties but of the government itself is guilty of covering up this genocide that would even make those that mention the thought of genocide labeled as racist.

Just yesterday a white woman was raped by three black police members but as media ethnics have it colour may not be mentioned. Full hype was given for the Jansen case but what about the recent murder of Bianca Warburton by armed black men in a neighbourhood she was helping? For a few years now people have been blogging about the culture genocide and then the political genocide started but now there is proof that there is a full blown genocide happening in South Africa.

First of all, labeling this article as racist is exactly where the problem starts because as we would have it you are not allowed to speak up or mention such things during a genocide but lets not go there straight away. This is news so lets report the facts first.

So, what is genocide? Genocide is the deliberate and systematic destruction, in whole or in part, of an ethnic, racial, religious, or national group.

There is a guy called Gregory H. Stanton and he laid out 8 steps to a genocide that will help us determine if in fact there is a silent genocide of white Afrikaans and especially white Afrikaans farmers and their culture, traditions and even language

1. CLASSIFICATION: This is this first point of a genocide where certain people gets classified as “them”. We’ve heard this a lot in recent years and now especially with people like Julius Malema that blames the “Children of colonialists” and “White racists”. White people have BEE and AA counting against them and today in South Africa you are employed by the colour of your skin.

” All whites are racists”- Dept. Minister Fikile Mbalula

2. SYMBOLIZATION: Whites are often called “colonialists”, “racists” among other things. White people in South Africa usually automatically named as privilaged. Mbeki’s famous words where he said all white people are rich and only that black people can be poor still rings in the ears of many of the 800 000 poor South Africans that live in shacks, they are not qualified for housing because they are white.

“We are going to kill you whites like flies when Mandela dies” – Judge John Motata

3. DEHUMANIZATION: During the 2009 general elections many parties were called “cockroaches” and “snakes”. How many times have we heard in the past year that and also with the Jansen case that “racists must be killed” and Julius Malema saying he has beaten the “colonialists and he will beat their children’s children”. The point of dehumanization is to make the human beings worth less, like animals where their life becomes worth less than the rest of society.

” You must not steal from blacks- rather steal from whites”- Willy Madisha

4. ORGANIZATION: The planned genocide of white people in South Africa has been proven and can be proved again. There is a clear organization of hatred against the white people of South Africa. A few farm murderers was caught and they turned out to be MK vets, this was a few weeks ago. It is also claimed that the farm attacks and some of the attacks in Pretoria are planned well thought out attacks where mostly only a cellphone is stolen and the people brutally murdered.

People were shocked when the Kennedy road mentioned the ANC militia, they did not know that such a thing exists in South Africa but it does and when the Zuma was in court the ANC claimed to have groups in “ditches” waiting for the word and all hell would break lose if Zuma was found guilty. This is documented as well, many newspapers also reported this fact.

“Whites will be threatened with a revolution by black people if the racial quotas are not met”- Jimmy Manji
” I will warn them (whites)- that this will be a revolution by all black people- if you want to unite the people- this is the way to go”- Dept. Minister of Labor Membhathisi Mdladlana
” Unfortunately there are some people you have to drag to heaven because they are heading for danger”- Jimmy Manji on white farmers that refuse to give-up their farms for land grabs

5. POLARIZATION: Extremists drive the groups apart, Hate speech gets broadcasted and propoganda like the fake DA pamphlet that is claimed to be designed by the ANC during the elections or even worse, when Caster Semenya came back Malema blamed white people for not being there.

Extremists drive the groups apart. Hate groups broadcast polarizing propaganda. Laws may forbid intermarriage or social interaction. Extremist terrorism targets moderates, intimidating and silencing the center. Moderates from the perpetrators’ own group are most able to stop genocide, so are the first to be arrested and killed. Prevention may mean security protection for moderate leaders or assistance to human rights groups. Assets of extremists may be seized, and visas for international travel denied to them. Coups d’état by extremists should be opposed by international sanctions.”

“Whites must watch-out- we will take action and make the country un-governable if they do not get in line quickly”- Gwede Mantasha

6. PREPARATION: Because of the colour of their skin white people in South Africa are clearly marked. There have been many reports from what will happen after the 2010 soccer world cup but that can be assigned as conspiracy so lets quote a part from a ANC manifesto ” The time has come to take the war to the White areas”

We also wrote about the Machetes being sold in Pretoria, a place where there is almost no sugar fields but they sell up to 9000 machetes a month. Then there is evidence of what some may consider a conspiracy theory, many know this as Uhuru or Operation Uhuru the page on wikipedia about this has been deleted but scattered remains are all over the internet and can be found.

” The time has come to take the war to the White areas”- ANC Manifesto

7. EXTERMINATION: In the past year there has been the biggest migration to the Western Cape of white people because they believe it is safer here. More than 3 million people have now fled South Africa and the slow silent genocide is going on. Maybe not a fast Rwanda style genocide but if we look at the facts we can only see whats coming.

” Bring me my Machine Gun ( Umshini Whami)- Jacob Zuma at his rallies

” Kill them- Kill the Amaburu”- Famous song by the ANC and Mandela” Kill the Boer- Kill the Farmer” – Famous slogan by Peter Mokaba
” Let me tell you my friend- I have triumphed over your apartheid regime,- and I will triumph over you again- once and for all”- Julius Malema
” I have beaten the Colonials – and I am going to beat the children of the children of the Colonials”- Julius Malema

8. DENIAL The government blames it on crime

Here are some videos in which the concern is also raised.
